Before Mom and Dad went to North Carolina to visit Jason, they came to our house because we were going to take them to and from the airport for the trip. Before they left we took Mom out and celebrated her birthday. We went to Montana’s and had a family dinner. Aiden and Abby had some input in the decision because they like the menu to order from there and also because anyone who is having a birthday has to put on a Moose Hat while they sing a Happy Birthday Song (They really wanted Mama to have to wear the Moose Hat!!).

After we came home we opened presents and this year we found something that Mom really wanted. Every year when she sees the lighted reindeer on our front yard she often tells Melissa how nice it is and that she always wanted one. So, this year we bought her her very own reindeer for her front yard. She was really excited when she got her gift which was nice because it is often difficult to find her something that she really needs 🙂
