To start March Break this year, we welcomed Aaron & Chantale over on Friday night for dinner. They were in town so that Aaron could go to a course. This was the first time that Aaron & Chantale had seen our house since we bought it.

Then on Monday Peter, Julie & Macklan came to stay for a couple days. The kids had a great time playing with Macklan and Macklan in particular loved giving Aiden big giant kisses on his face and head. Julie brought a lovely lasagna that we had for supper on Monday night.

On Thursday we went to the ROM with the Redmans. It was insanely busy while we were there, but the kids had a great time, especially because they got to show Ava & Willy the dinosaurs in the ROM. They also got to see an Earth Ranger show where several birds got to fly right over us.

The highlight of the show was when a bald eagle flew right over our heads. It was so close you feel the breeze on our hair.

We rounded out the rest of the break watching movies, going to the club, reading books and just having fun. It was a great March Break, albeit a little cold and snowy.
