When entering our new town, the sign said Keene, Home of the Pumpkin Festival. So, obviously, we had to check out the the Pumpkin Festival. We were joined at the Pumpkin Festival by Auntie Julie, Macklan and Eva. We all walked down to the festival and caught the tail end of the car show. There were not as many cars because it had rained for part of the morning. While we were looking at the cars we came across a car submitted by Auntie Megan’s brother, Peter (yes I know another Peter).

At the festival there was a kid’s bouncy castles, obstacle course for the kids, petting zoo and lots of food to buy. There was also a pumpkin weighing competition and a display of decorated pumpkins from the elementary school. Abby & Aiden created a pumpkins and had walked it over with their class the day before the festival.
