Before returning home after our time in North Bay the kids and I drove to Bethany to celebrate Eva’s first birthday. Eva turned 1 on Aug 7, but the party was held the following Saturday. Melissa was unable to attend because she had purchased tickets to the Vegan Food Festival months earlier. It was a great birthday party with lots of laughs.

One last note, Eva loved her birthday cake digging in with her hands and eating her piece with enthusiasm.
