Mother’s Day 2014

Since Abby’s first communion was the day before, everyone that had come had spent the night at my house. This gave us the chance to celebrate Mother’s Day together as well.

On Mother’s Day morning, Rob, Dad and I got up and cooked breakfast for everyone. After breakfast, we all walked to the park to walk off breakfast and allow Mom and Dad to get some rest before they drove home. It was so nice we played at the park for a little over an hour.

When we came home fro the park, all the Mother’s opened up their gifts. This year Abby and Aiden had painted mugs for all of the mother’s and grandmother’s. The kids also gave Mom gifts that they had made her in school. I gave Melissa a Pandora Charm inside a garbage can which was also part of her gift. The garbage can was for her to put beside her bed so that she would stop taking the one out of the bathroom.
