After Mama and Papa left for Halloween, they left behind some extra treats for the kids with the strict instructions that we make sure that we give it to them. Anyways, 3 days after Halloween, I was upstairs doing some laundry while the kids watched a movie. When I came downstairs to bring them up to bed they were still quietly watching the movie. However while I was getting them ready for bed, the two of them were giggling about sneaking some cookies, so I played along with their joke and agreed that they were great “sneakers.” After I got them to bed I came back downstairs and I found the chair pushed up to the counter and all but 6 cookies gone. They weren’t kidding about being good sneakers.
