This year for Christmas, we started some new traditions. We decided to have Grandma over for Christmas morning since she had never been at our house in the morning when the kids opened their presents.

Another new tradition was that we hosted the family dinner. In attendance at the dinner was Uncle Shawn & Auntie Megan with Violet & Oscar, Grandma and Grandpa, Mama & Papa, Uncle Joe and Ted & Sandra.

When everyone got to the house (including Uncle Rob & Auntie Holly who joined via FaceTime) in the afternoon, the kids opened their final present which were…

a surprise trip to North Carolina for New Year’s and then from there drive to Florida to spend 3 days at Universal Studios.

It was a wonderful first Christmas in Keene.
